What is your blog about?
Blog detailing my experience from the very start with a new clean eating plan and completely new training programme to improve my PCOS. Ups, downs and everything in between!

What made you do it?
I started my blog as I completely overhauled my life last summer. I signed up with a personal trainer, totally changed what I was eating and started training. I wanted to detail everything from the beginning to show the changes, especially any improvements to my PCOS symptoms.

The changes to my food intake and what I was hoping to achieve with it
What do you think is the most useful tool to you as a blogger?
Twitter. I have met so many inspirational people through that site who have encouraged me. I have also managed to help other women.
Do people in your real life know about your blog? If yes, has your blog helped you career wise?
Yes – It’s not tailored towards work so doesn’t have an effect either way
What has been the one thing (blog post, project, etc) that you have been really proud of?
Finding out that women have been helped by reading my blog
Where do you see your blog in a year?
Hopefully developed into a full website helping lots of women with PCOS and self esteem issues
