There’s something about the warm weather that makes everyone a lot happier – and as a blogger, it’s awesome because it gives you a chance to get outside and take all the outfit/product photos you can! Sun sun sun, please stay a little longer! Here are the posts we’ve been loving this week…
We’re feeling very crafty this weekend, so you’ll probably notice a bit of a theme with this weeks choices! First up – a simple tutorial from Helen on how to make a pair of curtains.
Another simple but effective craft is this one over on Studs & Pearls to put some beading on a pair of sunglasses. The best part about this is that you can make sure the colours are exactly what you want!
Forget arm parties (can you believe the Man Repeller has trademarked that phrase? The influence of bloggers!), the latest trend is sure to be stacks of rings, and Meg shows off some gorgeous choices.
It’s Fathers Day next weekend, so if you’re looking for a card to send to your dad, you must check out this post over on A Thrifty Mrs (congratulations on the Company award btw!) for some free printables.
Miss B shares her favourite spring activities – we definitely want to do some of these, like loving where you live (and if you need a reason to do it, snap some pics and write a blog post about your city!)
We love Ashlie’s outfit in this post and especially her lavender hair!
More amazing hair over at the London Lipgloss – Zoe’s got some amazing mermaid-y blue hair and shows how to get those beautiful curls.
How gorgeous is Becky’s new layout? We love that the design carries on over to the various social networking sites as well!
Finally, Rachel shares a delicious looking desert that looks super simple to make while being perfect to eat when out on the patio in the beautiful weather!
Over to you, as always. How have you been getting on with the comments challenge? We’ve been amazed at how people have taken to the challenge. Some of you have been posting every day about the awesome blogs you’ve been commenting on which is so much more than we ever expected! (Truthfully, all we hoped would happen was you might pop a few links in this widget bit – the posts have been a lovely extra!) If you’ve found any amazing posts that you want to share, drop them in the widget below!
